How it works
- Pick a sound, or just press play. Soft rain, ocean, forest, or flowing water.
- Close your eyes and breathe. A few minutes is plenty. Speakers are fine; keep headphones low for young ears.
- Then open your journal. When the sound ends, pick one small thing to write or draw.
